WHICH ADDONS?

Some players rather play without addons, while others can't live without them. The use of addons is dependant on personal preference and need, but here we're going to try to list the ones we have used and recommend. Just click under the category and try them out yourself.

ADDON MANAGER

The easiest way to keep all your elder scrolls addons up to date is by use of an application that can manage and maintain them. There are a few out there, but in our experience minion has been our go-to due to ease. There are, however, some settings that will make this easier.

I have it to open and update automatically. Go into your minion setting to turn these options on if you're curious. They're a real time saver.

THE EVER GROWING LIST

There's a search bar under each category to help you pinpoint add-ons. Click on the name for the info to dropdown, along with a link for its download.

Read the addons description in the link. Many of the add-ons rely on libraries to work properly.

  • Circonian's Addon Selector
    Not only does this addon organize the addon list better, it also allows you to save addon states. What does that mean? You can save "questing" addons in a pack, afterwards you just click on the "questing" pack, reload UI, and you're good to go. That way you don't have your crafting addons on at the same time, which could greately improve game performance by simply having what you need. Huge time saver.     Move anything anywhere in your screen. This one I find especially useful when you you also use the Minimap addon. Get your game looking the way you feel most comfortable with. The retail space you have the better. It also comes with extra features like showing your exp bar and level, which I love to have visible while leveling. I highly suggest going through the settings with this one to get your game just right. DOWNLOAD LINK

    This addon tracks your sloted actions that have duration attributes or over time effects. DOWNLOAD LINK
